Evo IX MR - Sheepey T3 6266 GSC S2 E50 FiTronic

Here we have our long term customer Andrew from Arizonas' stock engine results
with a Sheepey T3 turbo kit with a Precision 6266. We have been tuning this vehicle
now for the past 3 years, and almost the entire time the vehicle has been anywhere
from 380whp to 540whp from stock turbo, to fp black, to now a 6266.

From our experience we decided to keep this car at 557/386tq.
The graphs below will illustrate we did a couple pulls for the customer to show him what
his setup was capable of, but we both agreed to turn it down to get the torque under 400
for maximum safety and reliability.

Our goal with this car and any stock block for that matter (not just evos) is to keep torque controlled.
Torque is what stresses the rods, which in time ends in failure if not controlled correctly. Torque is controlled
via air/fuel, timing, and boost pressure. When done so correctly, you can extract an exponentially additional
amount of HP out of the vehicle safely and reliably.

Example:

Over the past 5 years, We have put over 300+ evo over 560WHP on stock internals with success and only a handful
ever failed before built into a stronger short block. Our highest over 750WHP~ with 146+ quarter mile times
(Highest recorded to date on a Evo CT9a 7 bolt 3200lb car) when torn down it had experienced bent rods, however
they did not break & the block was reused. This proves the Metallurgy in the stock internals is quite decent in the
Evo 8/9. Most of our tuning comes from remote/email/internet style tuning, therefore the amount of work time tune
volume we do is quite excessive since we target the world not just a local area which increases our experience level
more rapidly.

CBRE Ported head
Sheepey 3.5" intercooler with sheepey aluminum LICP
Sheepey bottom mount v-band turbo kit
45mm Turbosmart external wastegate
PTE SS 6266 BB gen2 .82 A/R
Billet GSC S2 cams
CBRE 65mm ported stock intake manifold
TSComp 4" SD intake
STM 2.5" aluminum UICP with Tial Q
Works 65 mm throttle body with mil-spec seals
FIC 2150cc inj (54% @ 583whp / 50% @ 557)
Buschur cat less tbe using sheepey v-band downpipe
Bushur double pumper
Boostin performance fuel rail
Spoolinup COP
FiTronic Flex Program /w ecuboost (50% Ethanol)

Thanks for posting Tom, great results as always. This is almost the exact build I'm planning in my head, even down to the E50 fuel.

How would ~5500 ft (like Arizona) impact the numbers in your opinion and experience ?
