I have installed the perrin cel simulator and I don't get the 0420 code which I believe is cat inefficiency I get p0137 code which is bank 1 sensor 2 low voltage. I don't know what to do, the sim. is wired perfectly and I'm lost. If anyone could help it would be very appreciated my car is down now which kills me I need to get back on the road, cel free. Anyone running a test pipe or hi-flow cat please help!
Thanks in advance

You still need to have your sensor plugged in and functional even with the sim. The ECU is still looking for it.

Although you may have the Perrin O2 simulator wired correctly do you have the O2 sensor still wired in and installed in the exhaust? To reinforce what EVOTEXAS said; you must have the O2 sensor plugged in and installed in the exhaust where it would normally go.

The simulator is designed to be installed inline with the 2nd O2 sensors' signal wires to attunate the signal simulating the exhaust being affected by a missing catalytic converter.

The SES (or CEL) throwing code P0137 is not a critical issue, you can still drive around with this code.
