10 sec evo

600whp for 10s? i thought there were 400whp stock turbo evos in the 11.80 range. i was thinking of more around 500whp would run 10.90s, whada you think, if its driven right. so i know you need a clutch upgrade, which one? turbo upgrade, which one, i was thinkin of the gt35 atp kit or should it be smaller? injectors? fuel pump? cams? intercooler? head studs and rod bolts. could i get away with a dynoflash and a fuel controller? bov? am i missing anything? i was thinking of just doing a electric dump exhaust too.

I'll say for every 100whp you add, you cut about 1 sec. off the 1/4 mile.
Stock Evo 240whp = 13.5 sec (avg.)
340whp = 12.5 sec. (avg.)
440whp = 11.5 sec. (avg.)
540whp = 10.5 sec. (avg.)
After that traction will be the biggest factor.

540 whp won't do mid 10's so easily I think unless you're running drag tires... Especially on a heavy car like the evo... Think AL at Dynoflash only does a mid 10 with 667 whp on his car.... My Evo 3 with a weight of 2400 pounds without driver pulls a 10.42@ 143 mph but thats with a 1.98 60 ft time.. Cars making 687 ATW.... I'll say 540 whp will get you a high 10 sec pass most likely.. Just my thoughts...

Traction and launch plays a big role. But once whp goes beyond traction limit than e.t. won't improve much. And areodynamics plays a big role above 100mph.
Ford GT 550 Crank HP 11.5 sec. at about 131mph (with drag tires about 11 sec. or lower)
Evo doing 11.5 sec. usually hit around 120-125mhp with a good launch and traction.

this would get you there (gt30r will limit you to 500whp , gt35r will be limited by how ballsy you are pushing you motor. But once motor is built and headwork is done 650+whp is the limit)
btw...you need 800+cc injectors , fuel pump , cams, aem ems ( could use dynoflash) magnus intake manifold , 3 inch turbo back , intake, intercooler and piping , clutch and some weight loss

dont even think you need managment to break into 10's
I plan to do it with an Apexi-safc...
cause I went 11.3@125mph on 22psi with C16.
Not that far away from the 10's...plan to up the boost to reach it.
of course the engine is rebuilt though.intercooler upgrade,gt35 etc.....
so it would still cost quite alot to be on the safe side.
