white smoke wont stop
allright, the car run like s*** and white smoke that smelled like fuel was coming out the exhaust. I know running rich. so after a while i said **** it now the car idles fine and for the 30 seconds that i drove it ran fine except for that white smoke is pouring out of the exhaust. i checked the conections to the ecu, all good. so than i unhook the battery for about 30 mins to let the ecu reset its self to see if that would fix the problem, no luck. then i checked the plugs to see if they were fouled, no problem there. finally i just let the car run for about 20 min to see if the ecu would "work itself out" that didnt work either. the white smoke and fuel smell just got worse if anything. there are no other mods to the car. so what gives guys. PLEASE HELP.

what are your mods and how many miles on the car?
to me it looks like u have a burned or bent vavle or coolant going into the combustion chamber....if the smoke is really white it s coolant, if it s blueish white it s oil, and very black is too much fuel.
Get it check asap. compression check and leak down check need to be done
good luck

well if u have a bent or burned valve 2 things are happening.
1- oil is getting into the the combustion chamber causing the white smoke
2- combustion is not perfect so a lot of residual fuel is not burnt which would explain the smell
the best way to mae sure is to have a compression check and a leak down check, if they come out ok then your valve are fine.
and since u have only 1k ion the car it should be under warranty. unless u have other mods?
