Coolant bypass on throttle body?

Just an FYI, for those of you worried that it will make the butterfly in the throttlebody stick when it gets cold. It has been in the low teens/single digit temps up here and I have had no issues w/ sticking at all

In order to actually cause the throttle plate to stick, you would have to maintain a constant throttle position for a long time. If you are constantly increasing and decreasing the throttle position, you are causing the plate to move. This does not give the plate a chance to stick. On an aircraft, the throttle is put in one position and may stay there for hours. This can cause the plate to stick. I think in an automotive application we are mostly OK removing the throttlebody coolant supply...

Well on the drive home and looking at the Wideband the car is Rich as hell before i would hold 11.5 at all times all the way to redline now with this mod it's 12.5 to 12.1 will be undoing it today.

I don't think a flash will be needed as the only thing that will be changing is the temperature of the air as it passes through the throttlebody. The gains will not be dramatic but for those people (myself included) who like doing free mods this one can't hurt.
