Finally Tuned and Dyno'd

These numbers were on a Mustang Dyno in Mooresville NC a few weeks back. (Easter Weekend actually)

The car is an 03 with the following mods
Megan Racing TBE
Megan Racing O2 housing
Megan Racing exhaust manifold
10.5 Hotside
Logic Performance Hard Pipes
Turbo XS FMIC
HKS RS Intake
Forge Waste gate actuator
AEM cam gears
GSC 272i/272e cams
PTE 680cc Injectors
Perrin Fuel Rail
Adjustable FPR
Turbo XS Manual Boost Controller 22PSI dropping to 18
Walbro 255 lbs. fuel pump
Jester tuning M2 ECU custom flash

Had a few issues with the fuel and the injector scaling was set to 560CC. After doing some research I realized that the instructions that came with the FPR were for a DSM so the base Fuel Pressure was too low. It's currently set at 38 and should be 43.5. So I am robbing myself of some HP to say the least.

Anyway the numbers are as follows

362 WHP 337 TQ on 93 pump gas I was extremely happy considering the fuel issue and no meth on the car, and a conservative AF Ratio. Couldnt be happier. Tommorow the Zietronix wideband wit EGT and Boost Reading goes in and then I will make a trip to Orlando to have John retune me at the correct Fuel Pressure and injector scaling. More then likely have Scott at TTP add a meth kit then and see if we can buts out 400+ WHP. Looks do-able.

I can't see how fuel pressure would keep you from HP unless you were running too lean to make power. FPR's are for squeezing a little more out of injectors. TBO, I dunno why you have injectors in the first place.

You forgot to mention the 'special' sgplancer turbo gasket. that had to be good for an additional 7.23 hp.

Nice numbers.

That is very strong for a mustang dyno!

I guess the budget parts work as good if not better than many others.
