i ran a non ball bearing 60-1 and ball bearing 62-1
both were T4 frame, 4" compressor inlet .58 60-1, .64 62-1 with stage V wheel..
the 62-1 spooled to 20 psi around 6400 rpm LOL!
the 60-1 hit 22psi around 5900...
laggy as hell.... terrible response between gears...
my evo 8 mr did 207/230 stock.. .with utec our tune 1000cc injectors, no cams or anything, just the turbo, mani, turboback with cat and fmic, we did 378/332 on the mustang dyno on 94 octane at 23psi....
but i basically threw out the manifold and went to a 35R... way more responsive.
I will never use a non GT turbo, except maybe a borg warner.
