Question Cat back vs. Turbo back

Hi,

What's the technical difference between a "cat back" and a "turbo back" down pipe?

If this question has been answered before, please post link as my searches didn't find anything.

Thanks

exhaust is from the cat BACK and the other is from the TURBO back... understand... turbo back is the whole entire exhaust system vs just being from the catalytic converter

A cat back and turbo back down pipe do not exist..a turbo back exhaust has what u would get in a cat back package PLUS a downpipe and a test pipe to eliminate the catalytic converter...turbo back is louder and gives u more power..

UHhh.... why have i seen you guys calling it a Turbo back? A true turbo back is actually a Turbo elbow, downpipe, cat elim., and then the cat back.

Technically it refers to the exhaust piping from turbo to the back of the car.
