I have the CM stage 3 clutch and the CM lightened flywheel + Quaife on my Integra - it is a good intermediate choice. But (and I can only speak for my car) mine does grab harder than stock, but nowwhere near as hard as my three puck did. I'm about 400whp on race gas. CM recommended a stage 4 for my setup, but mine has held up pretty well - but I take it pretty easy on my baby - mostly rolling launches etc.

My stage 3 looks like this:

Does yours have the segmented carbon/kevlar disk or is does it have organic type facing?
