problems shifting in to reverse.

I just changed my tranny and T-case fluids, (redline lightweight), and my car doesn't want to shift in to reverse. First is kinda hard to get in to also.

Is it only when the car has been started for the first time of the day or constantly?

Im pretty sure reverse isnt syncronized, therefore you need to put it in first or whatever gear and then go to reverse, it will go in just fine. You cant just try to ram it into reverse right off.

Same problem here, when that happen I just shift into different gears, then go into reverse. Always work for me.

in my case i cant get into first or reverse!!! i just installed a clutch and bled the lines several times. we adjusted the pedal. also when i try to go into first or reverse i can feel the car try to move as in the clutch is not completly disengaged. does anybody have any ideas that would help me fix this damn problem i really dont have to have to take the whole car apart again for this lol

you need to check to see if you put the shifter linkage back on the right way...

if you dont have the pins in, or the arent aligned perfectly, it will not allow your car to shift correctly... the linkage is right below your uicp and your battery...
