Clutch? issues

Finally got my car back together running, made the parts i needed...one issue some extremely weird whine noise from clutch. Its fairly loud and not a constant whine. I am getting more specifics as the car is at my friends shop right now....

Probaly have to pull tranmissions anyways but what are some ideas?

also when i got the clutch the blue paint marks on it did not line up... when i put it together i did line them up. Its and exedy triple disk.

It could be the tranny whine which is very common with our trans! I know people that have the exedy twin and triple and have no whine at all! GL with it and hope you figure it out!

it was not driven yet. This is only from start up and moving onto a trailer, and moving in and out of shop. It is a fresh tranmission too. Clutch engages and disengages fine.

before the car was taken apart i had a twin disk on it which worked perfect.

Went to the shop to see what it could be. I'm going to assume it is the throw out bearing but its not a. Typical grinding/harshness its a awful whine.
Push clutch in wait 2seconds whine starts, let off it stops right away.

That sounds a little worse than the issue that I am having. I made a thread recently about my Spec Twin that his having issues. I fear that I have to pull my transmission too and it is not something that I am looking forward to. I just have a squeak during engagement and disengagement. Good luck with yours!

Took it apart Friday night figured it out. The discs were backwards so when the clutch was pressed and the discs were floating the disc closest to the flywheel would come off the tranmission input shaft and the splines were making the whining noise. No damage to the input shaft and a little to hub on the diisc. Took a fine file and cleaned up the splines so it slid on easily and works just fine now. Dumb mistake but I put the clutch in how I received it..
