Turbo Coupling

I have a 20g-9-5, and as I was looking at it the other day I noticed that the bolt that is holding together the part named coupling in the pic is very rusty. Has anyone had this bolt break on them? Can the bolt be ordered from Mitsubishi or does anyone know the size off hand? Thanks, any input would be appreciated.

That coupling looks to be the v-band clamp which connects the hotside to the turbo. Why not just replace the whole clamp? I dont think it could cost that much...

Can this part be purchased separately? From where? If not, does anyone know the size of the bolt that is used with this clamp?

It's not a universal bolt like something you can get from the hardware store. The bolt is like a small carriage bolt, but you're in luck...every 14b/16g out there uses this same bolt and nut setup so you can always rob one.

Has anyone ever had one of these fail on them? Can it be replaced without taking the turbo out? The bolt is accessible with everything intact, has anyone ever tried this?
