Burning Oil Smell After Turning Car Off

SO, the issue/concern is that that after turning the car off after a drive, and exiting the car, it smells like burning oil coming from under the hood. I am not leaking any oil, the car isnt smoking at all, and I only have 1500 miles on this oil (mobile 1 10-30).

The car has 54,xxx miles on it by the way.

Just looking for some input, as I just noticed this a couple of weeks ago.

Thanks

did u personally do the oil change. IF u didnt make sure whoever added oil did not spill anywhere on the motor or exhaust. Oil smells last a long time. I work for a shop and see it all the time.

Are you venting from the valve cover or is it recirculating into the intake?

Nope. I have a catch can on the intake side and the pcv is straight to the intake manifold like oem.

When I change the oil next time I will pull the undertray off and check out the bottom of the block to see if anything is dripping. But, from the top, I see no oil stains on the front or back of the block.
