Exhaust manifold external waste gate issue

New user here, as you can tell I have a problem. Wasn't boost launching this when my issue came too.was just driving normally.. Maybe a terrible weld? Any idea what I should do next? Is it gonna be safe to drive on for small amount of time? Should I buy a new manifold or try and weld it back on? Just afraid it'll do that again. Any help or suggestions would be great.

Should be able to weld that back on.
How are you going to drive that with a massive leak and no boost ? Just get it repaired asap.

I Wasn't going to drive it, just start it and drive it in my garage. Don't wanna do more damage. Thanks for the input
