where is ignition power transistor?

where is ignition power transistor?
Can anybody tell me where i can find the ignition power transistor? I have power to the coilpacks but abs no spark.. Cam/crank sensors are good.. I dunno if the packs are getting the signal to spark..

Did you mess with your cam timing lately, as in anything that required you to remove the cams/sprockets/timing belt? What you are saying is indicative of improper cam timing
