Buy a jug of the t-case, and diff fluids as well as the tranny fluid and change it yourself. The tranny jug is around 100 bucks, same with the t-case and LSD I believe. It will take you maybe 20 mins if you have some car knowledge and the bolts aren't too corroded on there. Save some decent money, and you will have enough fluid left in the jugs to do at least one more change. Engine coolant, just drain it from the bottom of the rad and fill with 50/50, put a leakproof funnel at the top of the fill cap and turn the car on, squeeze out any air bubbles in the lines and let it idle for a while until full. Read the service manual about the drive belts, the belts are no where near that expensive and the install isn't too tricky, but if your not confident I would leave that one up to the shop.... maybe an hour or so worth of work, for 300 bucks or less... Ill take a check for the 223.53 in the mail, i'll PM you my address...

as far as i know there is a serpetine belt that drives all accessories and timing belt and balance shaft belt. 30k is premature for the timing belt and i suspect the balance shaft belt too.

Timing belt is a 60k service and drive belts are a 30k service. Dealership are always expensive. Buy the fluids off mitsubishiparts.net or another site and do all that yourself. If your uncomfortable doing the belts pay the dealership or find someone local. There is plenty of how-tos on EvoM in regards to changing tranny, coolant, other fluids.

I take mine to the only mechanic I trust in town with my car. He does all the fluids (tranny, t-case, diff) for me all the time for like 60 bucks...just an hour worth of work. Find a good local mechanic and save a bunch if you don't trust yourself or dont have the time or room.

That drive belt price def seems high to me. I know I didn't ay that much for my 30k and I had the dealer do mine.
Check your serpentine belt for signs of wear, you might not need it yet. I wouldn't replace it unless it looks cracked and worn. You may be able to stretch that one out.
