Redline Lightweight Shockproof Gear Oil safe for T-Case?
Alright I have a question does anybody know if it is safe to run redline lightweight shockproof gear oilf in the tranfsfercase as well because at the moment its what I can immediately get a hold of......if so how long would I be able to run it in there I only plan on running the gear oil in the transfer case for a couple weeks at the longet before switchin to AMS OIL...... Please give input....thank you for your time....

I personally only used OEM and then shockproof heavy, some people don't like heavy.. Some people don't like AMSoil, and some people only like OEM.
If you can get any of those, in a bind I have actually used valvoline 90w140 gl5 in there for short periods of time while waiting for the heavy to arrive (100-150 miles ish), without any long term issues related to improper oil.
