Drivetrain problem

k guys the time has come and looks like my transfer and axles are gone, ...... it started with a low knocking in my 2 front wheels and first I though they are the coilovers since I got the megans and they always loosen from the top. now a month later the knocking becomes louder and really annoying, so I decide to take it to my friends shop since he was a mechanic at a mitsu dealer.

Well today he let me know my axles are "gone" so its my transfer. I told him if its that possible about the transfer been "gone". Since it drives fine, the only problem is the knocking .......... could it be possible to drive around with a broken T-case?
I would like a second opinion from you guys, There has to be someone out there that had experience this problem and what do u guys recommend? pls help

the knocking can be heard when you are taking off .... when you come to a stop, and when you do a full turn on the steering wheel (both sides )

Your help + opinions is very appreciated.. thank you

knocking is not a TC sound usually, its whining at speed. I have "knocking" from my front end sometimes but its the stabilizer links, they pop and bang when they go bad. Might want to check so more suspension components before you drop an *** load of money on axles and a TC.
