Evo Oil leak any ideas recently had rebuild

I recently had my evo engine rebuilt at a respectible engine rebuild company full rebuild new forged pistons race series bearings arp studs oem multi layer steel head gasket etc

i have noticed that there is a bad oil leak coming from some where looks like it could be the head gasket as iv noticed oil under exsust manifold the car does not leak when off but will drip onto the road when on idle

i have done a leak down test and all looks fine also notice oil around the top of the radiator inlet top hose and near top side of block, car seems to run and boost fine but will chew through oil if you boost / rev it excessivly car does not use coolent

any ideas would be much appreciated, im stumped cheers

Valve cover not tight? Really need to see some pictures. Put some rtv on your valve cover and replace the crush washers for your oil feed as a start

We can guess as to what is leaking but what you need to do is find the source of the leak.

you can buy dye to put in your oil. use a uv light to find where its coming from. first clean everything off with brake cleaner.

Do you know the size and material of this washer? Need one as well.

like what they said but one thing to not rule out is a couple of exhaust manifold studs, if they loosen up and back out a bit, you could be leakin oil from there cuz a couple of those holes also connect to oil galleys...

I have been living with the same scenario for about two months. I haven't done anything about it yet as work has kept me for 10 - 16 hr days over that timeframe. Once I can get a regular schedule again I need to dig into this and figure it out.
In the meantime I will be curious to see what your issue is as the description matches mine thus far. I just keep adding oil for now as needed.....
