E85 is the best choice for a first mod lol I have 1000cc injectors and a 255 walbro fuel pump. I'd recommend 1650 and an aeromotive 340lph if I were to do it again tho I'm out of fuel

Tis true there is a bunch of of information on this bro. But the real short and dirty of it is you're going to need bigger injectors a bigger fuel pump and an awesome tuner. I would reccommend at least 1000cc injectors and the Buschur Double Pumper has worked awesome for all my fuel needs.

Lol I just read anything from 1200cc-1600cc Injectors, double pumper to a 340lph.

Come on guys, let's ask the real questions first. What are your mods and what do you want to do with the car?

Whether he's going to DD, time attack, drag, or hard park, he's still going to need a minimum 1000cc injectors, a fuel pump, and a tune to run E85.

I think the very first step is to search the alternative fuels section, then talk to your tuner regarding your setup and goals.

Call Buschur Racing and spell out to them your power goals on E85 and they will sure advise what pump(s) and injectors you'll need. I think that you can't go wrong with the BR Double-Pumper. It'll give you room to grow should you ever decide to go up in turbo size whereas a single Wally will be stretched to feed the IX turbo on E85 at 30PSI.

The injectors too are an item that you should leave yourself some headroom when choosing. Nowadays tuners can get relatively large injectors to behave like small injectors. You might as well just do things once.

Call someone like Chris Mellon for example as he has a ton of experience tuning IX's on E85 and he can advise you as to the best injector/fuel pump combo. I think that he even sells injectors and such. So, check out his website.

you won't need a double pumper unless you are above 500hp. you need bigger injectors to run e85. it depends on your goals and current mods to decide which injectors you need. you will need to upgrade the fuel pump to a walbro 255 no matter what. we really need to know your goals for the car in order to best possibly help you.
