Need Help: p0108, p0113, P0335

Need Help: p0108, p0113, P0335
Car shut off while driving, check engine light came on. Pulled codes, got p0108 and p0113. Cleared them, started up fine, drove it some more (trying to get home), it shut off again. This time p0108, p0113, P0335. Cleared the codes again. Check engine goes off for about 3 seconds, and then it comes back on and shows p0108 and p0113 again. So I am thinking it is a bad MAF. I replaced the MAF, it did not fix the problem. Am I looking at a short in the wiring now? A malfunctioning cam angle sensor? Has anyone else run into this? Thanks!
