engine whining noise help

I am looking for some help to see if this engine whining noise is 'normal'. I know our 4g63 is noisy but this particular noise started a few months ago. Since then I've changed the serpentine belt and have a shop changed the timing belt, balance belt, water pump and timing belt tensioner and the noise still exist after the shop checked the tension clearance twice after the timing belt was first installed. The noise is now pretty constant and dependent on rpm. It's most noticeable in cabin while driving around town in the lower rev range.

Here's a video of the engine running w/o the serpentine belt (to show its not related to that belt or the power steering pump)

What do you guys think? Much thanks.

I didn't remove the serpentine belt. Other than that, I revved my engine to compare the sound. Your engine is quieter than mine and I'm not aware of any issues with my engine.
