helppp plz Compression test result

Hi everyone I’m new to this form and I have bought a 2005 evo8 all stock. I recently have installed tephra rom and I had it tuned but I was getting very bad knocks around 13 14 sum knock. I drove the car like that for about one month until today I decided to see why I was getting that much knock .I fixed the knock and I tuned it and I logged the car and now I have no knock any more. But I did a compression test to see if the engine has been damaged because of those knock that I had. So when I did the test, I noticed I have 180 in my cylinder 4 and 160 in my cylinder 3. The numbers in order would be 170 160 160 180. I have read about the evo compression and 165 is what it’s supposed to be I have no clue why is my cylinder number 4 and 1 higher than 165.
