issues with clutch pedal and engagement

issues with clutch pedal and engagement
So I realize my clutch pedal sits really low towards the floor and it really doesn't take much pressure off the pedal to engage it into gear... I change the clutch cylinder added steel braided hose from master to slave and I still have the same problem... The pedal sits way lower than the brake and gas I have no idea what's wrong can anyone help please
