Injector sizing for FP red on E85?
What size injectors are guys running on E85 with an FP red on a stock motor? I have 1000cc now and they are getting close to maxed out on 93 octane and I'd like to add an E85 map. I have a set of FIC 1350s laying around but I wanted to see what others were using since this seems to be a common turbo to run.
Also on another note, can I push the stock engine harder by upgrading the rod bolts since it's cheap and easy to do or is that not worth it?

I went with FIC 1650 hi-z's for mine. Plenty of fuel for the stock block, and will still be enough when I build the motor and put it on kill...

Also, how much more hp/tq can the engine take with the rod bolt upgrade?

Rod bolt upgrade still limits you to 400ftlbs. It's the beam of the rod that breaks, not the bolts, typically.
The 1350's may do it. And on the stock block, a single walbro 450 will be plenty..

If you drill the siphon to 9/64, and do the rewire so that the stock low voltage capability is retained, an afpr isn't needed. mrfred has a pretty lengthy thread on it in the "how to" section..
