My basic setup will be a 2L forged build with a garrett GT3582R running on 98 RON pump gas and im hoping for around 450-500 whp with maybe the addition of water meth injection in the future. Again any feed back from all you experts would be great. Thanks

2nd Ring: 0.5mm/ .019"

My results

Second Ring: .65mm/ .025"

Cylinder 2
Top Ring: .4mm/ .015"
Second Ring: .55mm/ .021"

Cylinder 3
Top Ring: .35mm/ .013"
Second Ring: .5mm/ .019"

Cylinder 4

you need them all to match to have matching compression. Open up the top rings to .020" or .021", and make all the bottom rings match at .025"

Cylinder compression is a relation of ring vs bore size. Depending on the ovality and precise bore size of each cylinder independently. So in order to get the best compression of each cylinder, the rings must be tailored to each cylinder specifically. Apart from weighing pistons and rods and finding the best combos, the second thing to do when doing either a drop in or after a re-bore, which unless it was done with a torque plate after measuring the exact bore size and ovality applying the correct boring mm to each cylinder independently and not a one size to all bore procedure, he will get optimum compression if he matches the rings to each cylinder independently.

Yes, you gap the rings in the cylinder they will be going into.
