Chattering Noise

Okay where do I start, about 2 months ago I put an exedy stage 2 clutch in my 2006 Evo 9. I replaced the clutch at around 48k miles, it now has 50k. I babied it for those 2k miles. One day I parked my car with no problems and when I went back to start it there was a loud chattering noise when I let mu clutch out but when I push it in the chattering stops, it's not a tob chatter either, it's much louder and faster sounding. I put it on my lift and when I got under it I felt the tranny and when I pushed on it the chattering seemed quieted down. I'm not sure if it could be a input shaft or the bearing or something else. Any insight to the problem is greatly appreciated!

Damn gearbox creatures.

If the clutch is working fine then it should be just gear chatter. It can happen with non-oem clutches combos.

It's really loud, sounds almost like a heat shield rattle

I have one that almost sounds like engine knock. When I ease the clutch out, it's fine. That will make it go quiet. But when I let the clutch out like normal, in neutral: "clack clack clack clack"
None of my other clutches did it. Just this one, for some reason.
