Tial mvs install

Hey everyone,
Im currently installing my new tial mvs wastegate on my fp black with SS housing (new style), im running a SD intake with a Tial Q BOV and a halman pro boost controller, im having some issues figuring out the vacuum lines, ive tried looking up diagrams and such it has a total of 5 vacuum ports it came only with 3 plugs and 2 fittings for lines im just wondering which lines go to BOV, the BC and so on... anyone have any links or diagrams to lead me in right direction?
Thanks

Plumb any one of the side ports to the boost controller, plug the other side ports. Then the port on top, you can put the extra barb fitting in, or just leave it and have an extra fitting.

So hook up one line to any side port to my BC and plug the other side ports, plug the one top port and leave the very top port just open?

You leave both top ports open, you only plug the side/bottom ports.

Sorry to bring this topic back up as my question relates to the water ports. What do you do with the water ports? The install guide from Tial did not say anything about this.

Either hook up water lines to them, or leave them open.
