I think the fact that we are able to get to 400awhp without cams is pretty awesome in itself.

Preference. You gain a bit of peak power but lose a bit of low end. S2s may require springs and retainers.

s1 will move your tq curbe further to the left and will feel better for daily driving around time

if you want room to grow do s2....s2 for a small turbo dont need springs if you are only reving yo 7500-7700

Well, there's more to it than that. Some of us don't like the car feeling wimpy below 5k RPM LOL. Personally, I don't drive the car around much at 7k, so I like a car that feels super responsive and is as much fun to drive around town as it is the track.
I'm even considering going back to a smaller turbo.

Yup. I had an HTA71 right before this green. Loved it. I want to go back, but I'm going to wait until I run this setup at the track to see how it does. I think it will get me a 2:00.xxx on BWRP CW13 a bit safer than the 71.

Would a SD conversion help with the low end?

honestly sd for a smaller turbo not really worth it you might see 5-8 whp

if you are **** about drivability get it though

tuning sd cost a little more usually along with the map sensor....for usdm evo ait is not needed.

You would see bigger gains from cams or o2 dump if you are on a budget.

For a green, red, black and ect would get it for sure though.

I had the hta71 too bargain mod.

You can easily flip your e9 chra for 250-300 bucks and get an hta71 for 699.95

My turbine housing is machined for the Green. I'd sell the whole thing, buy another 71, and pocket the difference.

That would be crazy. I couldn't imagine it being more responsive. I'm not sure a bb option for that turbo would be with the cost. But wow, how fun it would be.
If my car had aero, I'd definitely downgrade to the 71.
