okay so i should put the stock dp, stock cat, and stock exhaust back on when i get tested?

EVERYTHING IS ILLEGAL IN CALIFORNIA. I don't know why everyone is saying that "they won't look at the downpipe." Its easier to look at the downpipe than to look under the car for the cat. Your downpipe will be the 2nd or 3rd thing they will look at: muffler portion of exhaust, intake modifications, turbo-back modifications etc.
