Clicking noise from underneath the car

Hey guys, lately i noticed that my car has a clicking/ticking noise that is quite noticeable underneath the car. This only can be heard after the car is off. It goes away after about 3 minutes, the clicks start to fade away. Is this normal? I only have a 3 inch TBE. Thanks.
