parking light bulb replacement?

parking light bulb replacement?
Alright well my front parking lights are out and I need to replace the bulbs. Its not possible to get the the back of the headlight. 05 evo hids and acd. Do I have to remove the front bumper to get to it or is there an easier way? If there's already a thread about this please provide a link. Thank you for your time.

I just did this it's a pretty big pain in the *** for some parking lights...
1.) You need to remove part of the front wheel-liner on both sides of the car, this can be done by using a flat head, (or ghetto butter knife method) and popping off the clips that hold it in (3 or 4 in total)
2.) Now here is the part that took me 15 min per side to do (since my car is lowered), with the wheelwell off you should have direct access to the back of the headlight and the area where the parking light(s) are located
3.) Push in and Twist the parking light to your left and it should pop right out.
4.) Replace parking lights
5.) Reverse Step 1
Like I said the only reason this was hard for me was because my car is low, so I literally had to shove my hand up in the fender to get to the parking lights (I have huge hands)
