Installing aftermarket horns?

Well i was going through my old dsm stuff and i cam accross a set of high and low, 118db horns. They are the normal round car horns, but they have two prongs, one for possitive and one for negative. I looked at my stock horns, and they just have one plug. How do i need to wire these horns in?
