save the evos
I sand blasted all rust under my 12 MR. Then I coated it in POR-15 then waited 24hrs and covered that in NAPA rubberized under body spray. Every subframe weld was starting to rust even though it was factory painted black. The metal used for the welds is garbage. The jack points were starting too because the paint was damaged. Since mitsu is making the evo extinct I had to get aggressive! The por-15 is amazing stuff. I will keep on my war against rust yearly. This was the 1st battle.

You can get them from a few places, but I usually order complete kits from http://www.kurveygirl.com/shop/
Yes, it's a legit site...
This kit specifically:

I wanted to post about my street racing that I did with my Ralliart this morning, but then I re-read the rules and saw this:
[edit golgo13]
17. EvolutionM.net does not tolerate nor condone illicit activities. This includes, but is not limited to, street racing or excessive speeding (no street pulls, no street testing, no "private roads"), defeating "locked" ECM features, distributing, selling, or trading of copyrighted materials, promoting illegal activities, and organizing events conducive to illegal activities. Street racing is any competition or illegal exhibition of speed on roads that are open to the public. Rule of thumb: if its not a sanctioned event with an overseeing body (NHRA, NASA, SCCA, etc.) or on an official track (dragway, road course, AX). Then don't post it here.

Excuse the very mess shop Its how I roll.
Stripped down getting ready for my JDM rear bumper swap.
Plans for the next few weeks are to order new wheels/tires (PFO1SS and BFG Gforce 255/17), new Comp stage 2 clutch to replace the ACT thats in its last leg. Get it to paint to redo the poor clear job that has destroyed the paint. Then swap in teh ported stock intake manny, FP4r cams, Supertech DVS, Kiggly HLA, and GSC no tick lifters along with all new timing belt setup. And maybe a few other goodies before a retune. Ive been hording parts, but too lazy/busy to put them in.
I also plan on redoing my Brembos again.

Didn't really want to spend big money on fancy wheels so soon but how often do you get a chance to buy nice wheels at a good price?
Picked up a set of Work Emotion CR Kai's. 18x8.5 +30mm. Threw on Blizzaks to rock these all year.
