I've asked this before but nobody could answer. WHY IS THE INTAKE DUCT ON THE LEFT!!!! 
Is this pic reversed or is this particular car using some crazy intake I haven't seen. What's up?

It is not on the left (which you meant right side of the car I assume) it is the picture. some people do not do a mirrored development for pictures. that is why it looks like it is on the wrong side. more than likely anways. I would be willing to bet it is actually on the left hand side of the car like the USDM market EVOs intake baffel.

Even if the intake hole is on the wrong side it must be there for a reason. Our USDM evo's don't even have a hole in the hood for the intake at all. The air just goes through the bumper which it still does with this kit. So why the big fuss, hell even if its on the wrong side its still got more air coming into the engine then we do.

ok well obviosly there is some confusion as to which way you face a car when you talk about which side.... let me easily clear this up sit in the car! which hand is your right and which hand is your left........ there you go. think of it... JDM = Right hand drive... USDM and most of europe now = Left hand Drive. hope this helps. mirror that picture horizontally. since cameras use mirrors they sometimes flip the picture.

Read before you reply. Never once did I state that the the intake duct was on the left hand side of the car. In my first reply, I stated (while referring to the picture) that the intake duct was on the "left". Not left hand side or even left side of the car. In my second reply I stated passenger side. If you so feel compelled to correct somebody, do so when it is just. If you want to correct no matter what, lets get technical under the hood, then try to find my mistakes.
From my first reply I even suggested it may be JUST the picture being reversed. All I wanted was someone who either knew first hand what the Giala kit was about or someone who knew a thing or three about pics and posting. Never once did I ask for a lesson on which hand I use to jerk-off with. I know where my right hand is.

You sir are absolutely correct. And you are also correct that I did not see the mention of the pic being reversed, my apologize. however no need to get upset as you must admit that this car has brought all too many newbies who don't know the technical diffrences no matter what part of the car we talk about and assume they know all ( no one in general just saying) so again my apologize nothing rude was meant. just trying to help every potential buyer.
