so your saying im filling my garage with steam? literally i cant see the other side of my regular sized 2 car garage WITH THE GARAGE DOOR OPEN!

im too lazy too read all the thread but i will check your oil, it might be your head gasket or turbo.

Happend to me a while back, when I was boosting, it was shooting white smoke in the back.. Ever since I changed my exhaust headers it stopped.. Strange...

Yeah, if you burn it, otherwise fuel can pass through as vapor and, with no cat, look white.

Anyway, I'm just saying, do the simple and inexpensive stuff first. I could be the thermostat, it could be the pcv. Find out.
