Yeah I've installed a set of Greddy iridium spark plugs
on the packaging it says NOT to adjust the gap as it is pre-gapped and the fact it has a fine tip. Gapping can cause damage.
The old plugs were iridium but had 45,000km on it (27,000 mi)…
i decided to play around with it with the gapping tool and to see if i would f@#$ it up by bending the tool between the gap.
and it sure bent the iridium tip.
So with the new set…i stuck to the manufacturer specs...no problems so far.
