.025 thats what i'm running. All NGK bprXes/brXes plugs come pregapped at .025 so its kinda awesome. Of course I double check. Thinking about opening them up to .028 when i install my iridiums

On the spoolinup kit you will technically be able to run more gap. However, there's no evidence to suggest that running more gap will translate to any benefit in power or drive-ability, etc. Theoretically, a larger gap provides greater spark surface area available for combustion, but as far as I know, no evidence exists to back power gains. Depending on what type of plugs you use, increasing gap can accelerate fouling of plugs. When I switched from stock ignition to spoolinup (new coil kit), I got gap happy and figured a larger gap may help. I gapped my ngk coppers (br8es) at .028. Car ran fine but plugs fouled in 1k and I ended up with some knock. Bought new plugs, gapped at around .023 and haven't had any issues since.
You can get a little more aggressive with the gap with the spoolinup but don't expect a huge difference. Get it to a gap that allows ur car to run well. I'd stick to the accepted range .02 - .025 or so.
