Installing horn

Can I get a how-to on horn install? I currently have a shutt racing wheel and want to add the horn to it cause previous owner didnt run it with a horn and cops are harassing about it.

I don't think you need a how-to. The previous owner probably just didn't plug in the connections. Everyone uses spade terminals so take apart you steering wheel and plug it in.
