Will 20mm spacers rub?
Will 20mm spacers run on swift spec-r springs with the stock evo 9 MR (bilstein) suspension and stock MR BBS wheels?
I've read that the tein springs will rub but the swifts don't drop the car as much as the teins.
This may be a dumb question but just want to make sure because I don't want to do any fender work

I'm new to Evos, but this very crude way works fine on SLA suspended cars. Stack 20mm of washers on each stud and bolt the wheel back on. Disconnect the damper and move the wheel through its motion and see what you have.
Hope this helps

I'm running spec r springs. 17x9 30 offset wheels with 245/40 (pushes just over 20mm out). With -1.5* camber in rear and the shock/spring removed there was about 10mm clearance on stock fenders in rear.

Im thinking about doing the same thing with the exact same setup. Ive searched the threads are there is no positive answer. Some say 20mm spacers will rub some say no.. Are you running 255's?
