yeah I think ti is the way to go. I have the Greddy Ti and I love it. However it drones a little bit, so I'd like to try a test pipe instead of the high flow cat that I have now

I know the title says Evo 8/9, but I think Evo 8/9/X all sound pretty much the same. Anyway, Evo X with Tomei Titanium single exit sounds amazing, nice and deep [for an Evo at least]. Definitely better than the HKS the guy had on his car prior to the Tomei.

I like my Cobb exhaust but I have not really heard it from outside the car and my car is not here to do a direct comparison between the Evo X w/ Tomei and my Evo IX with Cobb.

I have had the Trust Ti and it was a bit to loud and droning. HKS HI power wasn't to bad but I had A cat on during the time I had the exhaust so it wasn't to loud. ARC so far has been a good balance its quiet on idle and low rpms but it opens up nice and good when you punch it.

Man! This is really up to the interpritation of others, but generally you get what you pay for! I have a works exhaust and love it. Generally speaking titanium is on the louder side......once again IMO! I do think the tomei titan is a fairly quiet one though

I'm completely satisfied with a full Tomei Ti system. Deep sound with no drone and not too loud. Its totally worth the money.

Has anybody heard the GReddy RS in person? Just the CBE. I recently ordered one and the only video I could find was the one GReddy provides. I really hope I'm not going to be disappointed.

Depends on the turbo and muffler, with the 9 turbo and greddy TI i have made it really loud during a cruise.

With the 25g kinugawa and greddy together its alot quieter and still has a nice sounding exhaust.

Mine is a straight 3" with a Greddy muffler welded to it

Stock turbo, stock tbe until I install the cbe which would be the only aftermarket exhaust component I'd have. After a little more research I learned that the RS is the same thing as the Ti-C except it does not feature a burnt titanium tip and it does not have the GReddy engraving on the tip.

I am madly in love with my Buschur exhaust, and I haven't even put on the downpipe yet. This thing is ridiculous, the car sounds like it wants to eat babies smothered in Sriracha and then go completely Godzilla on Tokyo's bunghole.
