How to: Apexi power fc

When I bought the car it came with an apexi power fc stand-alone ecu. Does anyone here know how to use this? Any help is appreciated.

You should look up the datalogit for the power fc. That helps alot as far as tuning on a computer instead of using the hand held commander.
