Weird Idle problem

Weird Idle problem
How's it going guys? So let me start by saying my car just got tuned and prior to that it wasn't having any issues. I'm wondering if the tune brought up a previous issue though. So when I go to start my evo 8 when it is completely cold it will start and idle around 1500-2000 rpms for about 3-5 seconds. Then the RPM's will fall quickly and the car will die. If I tap the gas it will rise and try and die again for the first couple of times. Then it will catch and idle at 2000 until it is warmed up. If the car is warm at all it will idle correctly and will not die. The car is on Speed Density and has also had a boost leak test done within the last 100 miles. Thanks in advance!
