What colour is your Evo 7 windscreen?
Here's my problem.......
I have a massive crack in my screen, the yearly test and tax are due, and the only screen that is on offer here is green tinted.
But my 7 RS2, which was imported here to U.K. new from Japan in 2003 has a bronze tint in all windows. It was imported by what was Ralliart and having spoken to a former employee it looks like the car was originally intended for a righthand drive market outside of Europe.
So here I am wondering if the Aussie Evos had bronze glass or not.
I could just accept a green tint screen you may say, but the fitting for the rearview mirror is also different so I'd have to buy one of those too. And it would look cr@p.

Just noticed we're in America, if Yahoo here hadn't returned this forum on a 'Evo forum Australia' search and I wasn't half asleep I might have put 2 and 2 together.
Anyhow, hello from England.
Time for bed methinks.

The information I have is that the RS2 was not a JDM car but export market only.
Sounds like your glass has the same tint as a U.K. spec car.
Chances are my car is an Asian market car, so Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand etc. with RHD as standard.
