Cluster lights replacemnmet

Hi Guys, I'm planing to replace my all my cluster light with LED, I think they are all once size.

If they are the same size should I use:

PC74 LED Bulb
https://www.superbrightleds.com/more...panel-led/709/

OR

NEOx LED Bulb - High Power
https://www.superbrightleds.com/more...-led/221/1007/

If the NEO buld which size 3, 4 or 5mm?

I have taken a pic of my cluster and trying to list what each bulb do (see attached)

Do I need to get a matching color with the filters (e.g. green for turn indicator and inter cooler spray) or can i gust get bright white? currently they have the warm white fitments built in them.

Below is a list of what each bulb is lighting up, please feel free to correct and fill in the blanks, I hope this thread will help others doing the same thing.

C - Rear fog light

D - Left Idicatior

J K L are going to hot-spot really bad. don't replace those with LED's unless you get REALLY NICE 360* ones

I'd keep the stock ones

I would not do it. I hate it. I did mine and just full of regrets. It looks nice, but it's just overkill. The 3 main lights are LEDs, L/R arrows, and check engine light. The light spread sucks. I got my lights from eBay and super bright LEDs.

there aren't any. there's a reason incandescent bulbs are used; because they have very uniform light distribution

FWIW, I used these as the main bulb for lighting the cluster and it is fairly even. There's a tiiiiny bit of hotspotting on the left most cluster (speedo) but IMHO still a massive improvement over stock:

(the 5mm in red)

bringing back to life!!! lol

Do they all use 5mm holder? which will be better using the original holder with 5mm LED (200 degree wide) or 1 SMD LED for the warning lights not for the main back lights? For main lights I will get 360 degree wide spread LEDs.

Cheers

Finally, I end up doing mine as well, went with RED SMD Neo Wedge. picture attached above

Thanks for doing up the guide. I recently replaced my cluster bulbs and I was going crazy trying to figure out why I had more bulbs than "icons"!

So questions for all that have moved to LED's in the dash with the superbrite lights. I recently had all the center dash lights go out-- what this looks like is all the needles in the gauges go black--just the outer rings on the tach and speedo and outer lighting on temp and gas-- no needle lights. Anyone else had this experience with the LED's? -- just dont see how they all all of a sudden burn out at once.
