Evo 9 MR2 help

So yesterday I when I was going Uphill with my Evo white smoke and these nasty smell was coming out of the hood. Right after when I was going downhill the car was fine but the smell still stayed inside and outside the car. The overheating gauge was fine it wasn't over heating so I'm concern what it was.

im betting on your clutch, take it for a drive. put it in 3rd or fourth, floor it and see if the rpms jump up without your car accelerating.

I don't have a 6-Speed, but I remember the day after I got my car tuned last year my clutch went out. Admittedly, I was driving the car hard, and I believe launched it twice. Back in the shop in less than 24 hours lol.

It was a very foul smell though, burnt rubbery/fishy smell. As it was slipping the gas pedal became less and less responsive while in gear, until it finally went out. Every gear became neutral.

Looks like a driver mod is in order, right after the clutch is replaced.
