help installing walbro fuel pump

i installed the fuel pump and the car wont start
anybody help me out pls
some info

Did you check all of your connections?
Did you disconnect the neg. terminal during the install?
When you put the key in the on position can you hear the pump presurize the system?

no i dont hear the pump presurising when i put the ignition i hear it when the cars is triying to start, no i didnt disconect the negative the first time i tried it but afeterward i did what could i have dameged

Help i

installed the factory one and that one wont start ethier

hmm ill ask around that sound weird that the factory wont work either......is everything connected right and secure...

There is a connector on the outside of the fuel pump housing, did you disconnect that at any time during the installation? If you did, you would have noticed that it was not necessary to disconnect it. So if you did disconnect it, I believe there is a seal of some sort in there that doesnt always seat right when you reconnect the connector. If it is not seating right, you will not be able to start your car. Just my .02 if you say both pumps are not working.

When I did my fuel pump I accidently ripped the wires out of the connector on the fuel pump. I though I had got them in there correctly but it didn't start. So I had to redo it again and fixed it. That may be your problem.

i was just checkin around searching and pretty much was gonna say same thing that z2evo said just make sure everything is tight and sealed up right
