HOw to remove axle?

Passenger side axle has a leak in the boot. Whats the easiest way to get one out? Tips?

Remove:

Wheel
Axle nut
Lower ball joint nut
Sway bar end link

Then carefully use a pry bar to get it out of the tcase. There is a circlip that sits in a groove on the end of the axle which is what holds it in.

Tranny fluid need to be drained? Seems simple enough much like my Gst. Replaceing with a Oreilly axle.

why not just replace the boot? i wouldnt throw on the oreilly axle. sounds like it could snap under a lot less load/shock load than oem.

heres some info on changing the rear boot. kinda similar to the front.
