Easy & Cheap Foglamp Bulb Upgrade
In case you haven't noticed, the fog lamps are plain-jane halogen bulbs that look weak and yellow next to your bright, white HID headlamps. Why did they do this?
I went here: http://www.intakeone.com/Light_bulbs...cticBulbs.html , and bought (~$30) the H11 12v100w Nokya Artic White lamps. The swap took about 5 minutes, and now my fog lamps look great, giving the same bright white as the headlamps. Also, the fog lamps are now brighter and probably more useful.

H7 55w
I believe these are the standard Fog light bulbs? H7 55W
yeah the H11 100w are brighter but you're not achieveing anything, with foglights that bright, you may as well just drive around with your main beams on in the fog, cause it will create the same amount of light output, which results in too much light to effectively see with. It creates too much glare back, I would keep with the same wattage if I were you.
There is also a good chance you could cause problems with your system wires running too hot, and blow fuses also not to mention the bulb life will be shorter.

yeh, don't burn your foglight housing with those 1oo Watt bulbs. It does happen.
That and those crappy bulbs blowing up inside the headlight housing and leaving burnt marks.
I don't think it's worth it.
If you must do it, I would go with Sylvania white bulbs. They've been in business of making bulbs for a very very very long time. They can't afford to produce crap like these noobie companies.
