twin fuel pumps ?

just wondering what the difference would be or if it will work if i put a inline fuel pump with my walbro 255 in tank pump? will it act the same as a double pumper in the tank? i heard of a guy putting a inline in the engine bay with a walbro 255 in the tank and he is running apx 800whp with no problems. does anyone know if this is possible?

yeah you can do inline BUt more money cause you need to switch your fuel lines to 10AN, since the inline fuel pump require AN lines, most evo guys use the dbl pumpers cause its easier to keep the stock fuel lines.

I see, i just thought you could splice the line under the car or in the engine bay and mount a walbro 255 without using the AN lines!!!?

I just finished my Intake double pumper. Was Fairly Easy. Have 2AN fitting installed on the Stock Assembly. Its Basically a Buschur Replica, that i made but with AN fittings. -6AN from tank, crosses over to -8AN under car and runs to fuel rail.

Under car will work to, much like The AMS 1000hp system. but will need AN fittings as stated above. I think there are some regular In line pumps that may work for the stock lines.

Not really.

http://www.boschfuelpumps.com/

The 044 seems to be pretty popular. Just uses barbs, no AN needed. Much less -10AN.

If you change your mind about going dual intank I'd look into the Blaqops kit.

http://blaqops.com/products/evoix.html

They're progressive, unlike the Buschur or Full Blown kits, and they're cheaper.

I don't think it is quite as efficient. Just do some searches for in line pumps and there are a couple helpful threads.
